- The cottages are let from Saturday to Saturday,
guests are requested to arrive after 3pm and to vacate the
property by 10am on the day of departure.
- A deposit of 10% is required when booking with the full
balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Please make all cheques
payable to A.P. Coatsworth.
- The weekly rentals quoted include all heating,
gas, coal and logs, all electricity, colour television and all
linens including tea towels and towels.
- We reserve the right to charge for any
breakages or damage done to the property or any equipment /
furnishings.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate your pets
at the cottages.
- A small selection of groceries can be made
available for your arrival, please indicate your requirements and
we shall send you the details.
- A cot and high chair are available if required,
please note you should bring linen and blankets for the cot.
